Coming Soon….
the LMF London Map Book
The early success of the map display boards prompted many to ask for their own copies of their favourite map. The LMF team now plan to publish an A3 coffee table style book of these and many others contributed by Supporters, with descriptions and general text. In total it will be about 180 pages of full colour, highly detailed images ranging from the modern day back to 17th century maps of the city.
If we get enough interest it will be pre-printed and published at the end of November in time for Christmas, otherwise we will sell it as a print-on-demand product. Sample pages, and thumbnails of the contents will be available, together with pricing, on the LMF website at the beginning of October.
Contributions on all sales will go the LMF charity – Map Action
