Hand Made Maps Ltd is an illustration studio based in Highbury, North London, specialising in map illustration. Essentially illustrators rather than cartographers, the studio sees itself a part of a tradition of illustrated maps that goes back to the
beginning of printing and earlier. The range of works displays a multiplicity of styles and approaches – this variety has become the Hand Made Maps ‘trademark’.
